Active offer everything from coach day trips to Aviemore & Cairngorm from across Scotland to skiing and courses to suit beginner to advanced level. We offer the UK Snowsports Awards to all schools, which accredits pupils for their learning and can lead to a long term performance development.
Ski & Snowboard Weeks
These 5 day courses run from Monday to Friday and give pupils the opportunity to really develop their skiing or snowboarding skills. You will ski on Cairngorm Mountain - Scotland’s premier ski centre with an option to visit Nevis Range or the Lecht Ski Centres.
The 5 day skiing & snowboarding courses are designed for beginners and intermediates. This will take your skiing or boarding to a new level - you will get plenty instruction as well as time to practice your new skills. You will also have the option to try out snowblades. At the end of the week we would hope to be able to offer everyone a UK Snow sports Award. Courses run every week throughout the winter season normally until early April.

Ski & Snowboard Weekends
Skiing and snowboarding courses run every weekend throughout the winter season and early spring at Craigower Lodge. We use Cairngorm Mountain and occasionally Nevis Range or the Lecht depending on conditions. Courses are suitable for complete beginners and, for intermediates stuck on a frustrating "Plateau", why not try a day on blades? - a great way to experiment with some new tricks and inject some fun back into your skiing! We can also offer Scottish Snowsports Awards to guide and encourage you in your development.

Ski & Board Day Trips
For schools with less time available, a great way of introducing young people to snowsports is by organising a day trip to the slopes. Skis & lift passes are organised in advance so you can go straight to the slopes on arrival at Aviemore.
