Active Outdoor Pursuit’s winter programme is a comprehensive range of Snow and Mountainsports training and courses based in the Cairngorms National Park.                                                           

The Cairngorms have been the heart of Snowsports in Scotland since the 60s. Our ski, snowboard, winter hillwalking and mountaineering courses provide training and guiding for beginners through to experienced winter enthusiasts. We offer ski & Snowboard lessons throughout the winter season at The Lecht, Cairngorm and Nevis Range.

Our flexible programmes can take you to wherever the snow conditions are best.

For capable skiers looking to try something different this season, take a look at our Backcountry Ski touring courses. We run introductory days and multi day courses throughout the winter season.

Equipment Rental & Accommodation

Looking to rent ski and snowboard equipment in Aviemore? Look no further, we have snowsports equipment rental.  Free of charge Door 2 Door delivery service included if you prefer not to pick them up yourself! We are perfectly located to access Aviemore, Cairngorm Mountain, the Lecht 2090 and the Nevis Range for your skiing and snowboarding.
