Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) Scotland

Stand Up Paddle Boarding more commonly known as SUP, is one of the most inclusive watersports out there and a perfect way to enjoy your holiday to Aviemore & the Cairngorms in the very heart of Scotland! It is perfectly suited to everyone regardless of whether you have never touched a paddle before or if you have canoed/kayaked previously.  Stand Up Paddle Boarding in Aviemore and the Cairngorms surrounding area is a fantastic day to relax, enjoy and develop new skills.

We will teach you the skills to stand up paddleboard efficiently on your own so after our activity you will be more confident and capable to jump on a SUP and get out there yourself. We will cover things like safe launching & landing, use of leashes appropriate to your environment, efficient forward paddling, turning, and also have some fun and challenges along the way. All of our instructors are fully qualified to teach and develop your skills on the water and will help tailor the day and skills development you wish/need.

Learn the basics on the board by joining one of our lessons and once you have the grasp of this why not rent one of the boards and explore the Cairngorms for yourself by SUP. Locations we regularly use for these sessions include the fabulous Loch Morlich, Loch Insh and Loch Laggan. From here you gain stunning views of the mountains as you learn and develop the skills on one of our paddleboards.

Already know the basics of SUP?  We have Stand up paddle boards for rent from our base in Aviemore & the Cairngorms, please head to our Rent a SUP page for more details.
