A list of things to bring for Day Trips.

Warm clothes

denims and cords are not suitable for activities

2-3 thin layers are better than 1 thick layer!

2x wool or fleece jumpers

Footwear

Lightweight boots or trainers with a treaded sole

fluids

Hot & Cold (1 litre minimum)

Packed Lunch

Large - (Not to be eaten on buses)

Waterproof jacket/anorak & Trousers

Extra pair of trainers or old shoes, Swimwear, Towel, Spare Fleece or wool jumper. Change of clothing if Canadian Canoeing
