Typical Activity Programme

Sample Menu

Catering for a wide variety of eating habits, tastes , food allergies etc. is always a challenge, but we are committed to providing good quality food which will fuel young adventures for all the challenges of the residential week. To do this we rely on pre course information from teachers and      parents so we can plan well balanced nutritional meals. A typical days menu could look like:

Breakfast:  A choice of cereal
                  Fruit Juice
                  Bacon or egg roll

Packed Lunch: Sandwiches – choice of 3 different fillings
                      Fruit, chocolate biscuit, crisps

We ask that pupils bring a plastic bottle or flask and we will fill it with water or a hot drink

Dinner: A choice of main course –
            Macaroni cheese/ Fish
            Chips , peas , carrots
            Sponge & Custard

Supper: Hot Chocolate & Cookie

We welcome all suggestions and feedback in making this critical element of a young persons residential experience a success!
