	Instructor Training Course   This intensive 4 month instructor Training Course based in the Scottish Highlands is designed to train people wishing to become outdoor instructors.  It will develop new and existing skills in a wide variety of adventure sports with the aim of you gaining a range of National Governing body awards.
	Volunteer Instructor Programme   Our Volunteer Instructor Programme is a 15 month programme designed to support people who are passionate about the outdoors and who need to gain experience and further their qualifications to develop a career as outdoor instructors.
